The top search engine rankings are given to useful, information-rich sites, with pages that clearly and accurately describe the content.

Appearance
The colors, fonts, text size, site navigation, and content placement are all functions of appearance. At Moondog Web Design we use Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to handle most of the appearance functions, and write the content in W3C web standards compliant HTML code. We do this because it produces fast-loading sites that are readable in all modern browsers. Believe it or not, millions of U.S. homes and businesses still have no access to cable or DSL, and if your site takes too long to load, they will simply leave and never return.
